HAHA, well, I was reading my old posts and I realized I used to write really differently those days! Like, I used absolutely NO grammar! And idk I just sounded different I guess lol :D Well, I WAS only 11 when I played Pico... and I started when I was 10....

Confirmed: Ameba Pico is NOT returning! But there is an alternative..
Guys.. I know I haven't posted in AGES but I have something depressing to say about this whole Ameba Pico 2 epidemic. The Ameba Pico 2 page was a fraud and was only created for likes and attention! I know.. this is pretty distressing. I was actually looking forward to Ameba Pico 2 but after reading the comments, the realization struck me. For those of you who didn't know this, I apologize for blowing it but I guess it's better than finding out Pico's not there in February :(
There are a few reasons we found out that the page was a fraud. Well, Ameba Pico 2, the owner only made one post during the whole time span it was even on Facebook. That doesn't sound reasonable to me. Would a huge virtual world gaming company keep their customers up to date about the new Pico, like it's going Secondly, there were an awful lot of grammar mistakes in the post. And finally, Quite a few people in the comments were pointing it out. Most of us were all drowned in our own fantasy of the new Ameba Pico 2 to even consider that it might be fake. People only started realizing it later on.
As for the reason Ameba Pico shut down... they got sued by a family for some reason and well they lost a lot of money and weren't able to support the website anymore. If you know Japanese, Ameba Pigg might come in handy for you! :/
I do have some good news. Some Ameba Pico fans made an English version of Ameba Pigg Community (The original, japanese version of Ameba Pico that came wayyy before Ameba Pico) It's called piggers.net. I just started browsing it now and I'm not sure if it's a game or just a community, but hopefully it turns out to be fun (:
